SHIH TZU BOYS GO TO THE VET!

On Saturday, all 4 Shih Tzu boys made their way back to the vet for a follow-up visit to see if their blood levels (iron especially) have improved. All 4 were checked out and received the "READY FOR ADOPTION" approval (pending their neuters of course).

Spanky, Rascal, Junior, and Frankie are all looking for homes (separately). They are all so precious and will look even better once they are groomed professionally (for some, once their hair grows back in). These 4 have been through some tough times and they deserve the best home possible.

If interested in any of these precious boys, please contact Allison at 901-240-9848 or
allieot98@yahoo.com and I can get you in touch with Diana as well as provide an application. Below are some pictures taken during their visit to the vet clinic.

Spanky and Rascal on their way to the vet for a check-up!

Thanks Sharon for fostering Junior and Frankie and Diana for being their doggy angel!

Diana with Frankie...he is the one who nearly died due to severe anemia (caused by flea infestation and internal parasites), requiring a blood transfusion.

Precious Rascal- other than a heart murmur detected upon listening to his heart via stethoscope, this boy is completely healthy and ready for adoption! The vet does not think this will cause any problems for Rascal though :)

Frankie the survivor!

Spanky just waiting patiently...for nearly 3 hours :(

You can see the joy in Diana's face- she is definitely their angel (Spanky loves the attention)

Diana is trying to convince Rascal that he is going to be just fine!

I think he's not convinced yet...

Junior with that cute tongue (no it's not always like that- lol)
Frankie with his foster mommy, Sharon
Look at this precious face!
Frankie doesn't meet a stranger- he is a great cuddler too!
What a cutie!
Please consider donating even $5 toward their medical care. Diana has had to charge their vet bill (literally saving Frankie's life) and it remains over $1150!!! She cannot help any other dogs in need until this bill is brought to a more reasonable amount. Diana has sponsored an incredible amount of dogs in the last few years that I have known her. It would be nice for an angel like this to receive help when she needs it so that she can continue to be a saving grace to those that would not make it otherwise.

A huge thank you to Connie K for being the first (and hopefully not the only one) to donate toward their medical bill!
