Oh sweet Angel...you have no idea how many doggy angels have worked on your behalf. I received a call from Steve S. who runs a rescue in St. Louis (Great Danes) 2 days ago. Steve found a foster for Angel...YAY!!!! Angel would get to stay with doggy angel, Kathleen, until she leaves for Nebraska. I was elated to say the least. Now to figure out a way to get her to St. Louis BEFORE she has her babies. Well...I received a call from Angie this morning saying that my friend, Joanna G., in St. Louis offered to meet her halfway to St. Louis TODAY!
Angel arrived safely in St. Louis. This poor girl has been through so much and we are just so blessed to have so many people that care. We will definitely post some more pictures and updates as soon as we receive them, but here are a few pictures from Angel's trip (thanks for sharing them Angie and Joanna)!
This picture taken by Angie just warms my heart. This was taken last night- Angel's last evening with Angie. Angel LOVES to be outside and is used to living outside so Angie was so sweet to play her sound machine with crickets chirping so that she would feel more "at home".
Packed up and ready to go....bittersweet for all involved. What a beauty!

THANK YOU HEATHER, GENE, and the rest of the CAMP BOBE angels who are giving Angel the life she deserves! You guys are the reason she is off the streets for good- we love you for taking her in when no one else offered!
