SPANKY AND CHAMPY FROM OSCEOLA MADE IT "HOME" (VERMONT)!

A few weeks ago Spanky and Champy from the Osceola Animal Shelter in Arkansas made their way to Vermont via Peterson Express Transport Service or PETS (as seen on the TV show Last Chance Highway). Both of these boys have hit the jackpot as far as homes go and we are so thankful for everyone involved in their rescue!
